Goals & Impacts
1. To build on the assets of young people through intercultural knowledge/participation, experiences & positive connections
2. To develop young people’s sense of self-worth & identity
3. To empower them to make decisions and plan for their future
4. To empower them to become global citizens

Beneficiaries
Students aged 14-17 (F.2 – F.5) [Target 2,000 student places]

Students will also have the chance to win scholarships to go on one-year exchange programs or to attend the AFS Youth Assembly in New York City

Project Pathway

AFS Year Exchange Program

Immerse in a foreign environment for 10 months, study at a local secondary school and live with a host family.
